1. General Policy

We strive to deliver the highest quality, all-natural honey products with care and precision. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered and opened.

However, we understand that issues can arise. If your item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, we are happy to assist and offer a solution.


2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged or leaking
  • The product received is incorrect or missing
  • The product is unopened and unused, and a request is made within 48 hours of delivery
  • You notify us with clear evidence (photos/videos) within 2 days of receipt

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered jars
  • Change of mind or dislike of taste/texture
  • Orders placed with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by courier services outside of our control

3. Request Process

To request a return, refund, or replacement, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide:
    • Your order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  3. Our team will assess the situation and respond within 1–2 business days

We may require the return of the damaged item for inspection before processing a replacement or refund.


4. Refunds

Once your return or issue is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement product instead of a refund
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part

5. Exchanges & Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. Replacements are sent free of charge once the claim is verified.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
