1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation. You will receive an email or WhatsApp message confirming your order and a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

During peak seasons, holidays, or new product launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah & Sarawak, and offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. For international orders, please contact us directly before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping costs.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location, order weight, and courier selection.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will email or WhatsApp you a tracking number along with a link to monitor your delivery status. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

5. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

We are not liable for such delays but will assist you in tracking and resolving any courier-related issues promptly.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

All our products are securely packed in protective packaging to minimize damage during transit. In the rare event of damage or loss:

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery.
  • If the item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with clear photos.
  • We will file a report with the courier and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the courier. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.


7. Self-Collection (By Appointment Only)

Self-collection is not generally available but may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. If you prefer to collect your order from our Kuala Lumpur location, please contact us via phone or email before placing your order to check availability and make an appointment.


8. International Shipping (Customs & Duties)

For international orders (if approved), customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s regulations. BUNGA & LEBAH SDN. BHD. is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs processes.
